Using The Keeping Place

The Keeping Place is a tool for creating and keeping private memorials. You're responsible for the content you add and for who you invite to see it. Don't use The Keeping Place to upload content you don't have the right to share, or to harm others.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you add. You grant The Keeping Place only the permission needed to store and display it to you and the people you invite. You can export or delete it at any time.

The printed book

The Keeping Place app is free. The printed Memoirs Collection is a physical book you can order — printed, bound, and fulfilled by Amazon. Pricing, payment, shipping, and returns for the book are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms.

Refunds

Service & changes

The Keeping Place is provided as-is, and we work to keep it available and secure. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Governing law
